Nice to Meet You

Experience the transformative power of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) through personalized care tailored to your unique health goals.

Using acupuncture, trigger point needling, cupping, and other time-tested techniques, I’m here to support your journey toward better health and balance.

Hi, I’m Sophia Kieri, and I’m honored to be part of your health journey.

I hold a Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Five Branches University and am currently pursuing a doctorate at the Academy of Chinese Culture and Health Sciences. My passion for East Asian medicine continues to grow as I witness its ability to lift spirits and provide relief when other methods fall short. It’s incredible what a few well-placed needles can do!

During your first visit, we’ll create a treatment plan that works best for you. This may include acupuncture, cupping, or gua sha. We’ll also consider trigger point needling for muscle tension, or gentle bodywork to release stress and promote relaxation to enhance your overall well-being.

I also offer beginner meditation classes focused on breathwork to help you find your center.

As your acupuncturist, I consider myself part of your health team. Whether you’re here to manage pain, reduce stress, or improve overall well-being, I’m committed to helping you feel empowered and supported every step of the way.

My Methods

Acupuncture & Trigger Needling

Acupuncture uses thin, sterile needles to stimulate specific points on the body, restoring balance and promoting natural healing.

Trigger point needling targets tight muscle knots to release tension, improve mobility, and relieve pain.

Meditation

Meditation focuses on breathwork and mindfulness to calm the mind and center the body. It supports stress reduction, emotional balance, and an overall sense of well-being, making it an essential tool for holistic health.

Cupping and Gua Sha

Cupping uses gentle suction to improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and ease muscle tension.

Gua Sha involves using smooth tools to apply pressure along the skin, promoting blood flow and reducing stagnation. Both techniques help the body recover and feel revitalized.

Chinese Herbal therapy

Chinese herbal therapy uses plant-based formulas tailored to individual needs to restore balance and address specific health concerns. It supports digestion, immunity, hormonal health, and emotional well-being as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.
